The films, episodes, videos, scripts, artwork, promotional materials, name and branding made available through ShortMovo are produced by ShortMovo and are protected by applicable copyright, trade-mark and other intellectual-property laws.

Our titles are produced using generative AI, and we claim rights in them as published works — the stories, scripts, direction, selection, arrangement, editing and finished episodes. Some jurisdictions treat purely machine-generated material differently for copyright purposes; our AI Content Policy explains what that does and does not change.

Purchasing access grants only a limited personal right to view the content through ShortMovo.

Unauthorized copying, recording, downloading, redistribution, resale, public posting or commercial use of our content is prohibited, as is using it to train machine-learning models or to generate derivative synthetic media.

Protection measures

We may use technical measures including signed playback tokens, expiring access URLs, playback restrictions and visible watermarking to protect copyrighted works and investigate unauthorized distribution.

Watermarks may identify the account a stream was issued to. Removing, obscuring or circumventing them is a violation of our Terms of Service.

Our performers are generated and are not intended to resemble any real person. If you believe a title reproduces your face, body or voice, or the likeness of someone you represent, that is not a copyright question and it does not need to be one — write to us and we will look into it on the same terms.
