1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We do not need to store your complete payment card number where payments are handled directly by our payment provider.

• maintain viewing progress;
• prevent fraud and unauthorized account sharing;
• secure the Service, including applying playback watermarks that identify the account a stream was issued to;

We do not use your account information, viewing history, support messages or payment records to train generative AI models, and we do not sell or share that information with third parties for their model training. Our series are produced with licensed tools and do not draw on viewer data — see our AI Content Policy.

3. Service Providers

We may use third-party providers to operate the Service, including providers for:

• payment processing;
• cloud hosting;
• video hosting and delivery;
• email delivery;
• security;
• analytics.

These providers may process information on our behalf as necessary to provide their services.

Our infrastructure and service providers may process information outside Singapore.

Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure that transferred personal data receives appropriate protection.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Service, maintaining transaction records, preventing fraud and complying with legal obligations.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or loss.

No Internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies

We use two kinds of cookies:

• Essential — signing you in, keeping your session secure, remembering where you stopped watching, and counting a view once rather than twice. The Service does not work without these.
• Analytics and attribution — which series people open, where they stop, and which campaign or invite link brought a visitor to the site. These are not required to watch anything.

Where consent is legally required, we ask before using anything in the second group: until you choose, no analytics events are sent and no attribution cookie is written. You can change your mind at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer, and choosing essential-only also deletes the attribution and invite cookies already stored on your device.

We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or share cookie data with third parties for their own advertising.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13.

If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected in circumstances where parental consent is required, we will take appropriate steps to delete or otherwise address that information.
